Because all of our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been approved and placed into production.

Custom Orders

All designs are reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. Once approval is given, the order is considered final. This ensures every piece is created exactly as requested and crafted specifically for you.

For this reason:

• All sales are final

• No refunds or returns are offered on custom products

• Changes cannot be made once production has begun
